    Please read the instructions below carefully to ensure your application is processed without interruption.
  • Step 1: Applicant Status & Responsibility

    • Sole Director:
      If you are the only director, you only need to complete this form in full.

    • Applying On Behalf:
      If you are applying on behalf of the company, you are responsible for inputting the information of all directors accurately.

      Note: In this case, the First Director will also automatically receive a separate form to complete.

     

    Step 2: Email Workflow & Authorization
    Our system uses an integrated workflow logic. The application is only considered COMPLETE once all parties have responded.

    Individual Email Input:

    1. Please provide a valid individual email address for EACH director. This email is used for identity verification and routing the Letter of Offer.

    2. Automatic Notification:
      Once this form is submitted, the form system will automatically send a data authorization form link to the other named directors.

    3. Director's Action:
      Each director MUST complete the form received via email.We will only receive your full application once ALL forms (the main form and separate forms) are fully completed.
